"The preview was spot on"
I was a little nervous about ordering a frame online, because a mismatch with the mat color or size feels like such a preventable hassle. But the design preview ended up being really accurate. What showed on the site is basically what I got, and it made the whole order feel much easier to trust. It looks great on my wall

"The frame itself turned out fine, so…"
The frame itself turned out fine, so no complaints there. But the whole production process took longer than I expected, and it felt like I was just stuck waiting in a queue forever. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just definitely not quick. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any kind of hurry.

"Perfect Fit and Easy to Order"
I was a little nervous ordering a frame online. I mean, I wasn’t sure if the measurements would come out right, but it ended up fitting exactly how I measured it. My print slid right in with no trimming and no weird gaps. Really happy with it, and I’d definitely order from them again...

"Looks great once it’s up"
I’m happy with this frame, it looks really clean on the wall and the print fits nicely in it, the corners are nice and neat and the color was basically what I was expecting so it matches the room well. If you look super close it’s not absolutely perfect, but once it’s hanging up you don’t notice that stuff and it just looks really good overall.

I was in a relaxed mood when I ordered, which was good because I didn’t want to deal with anything complicated. I really liked how many choices there were for the size, mat, color, and frame style. I had an odd-sized print, and the site made it easy to figure out what would work without a lot of guessing. The whole process was simple, and it showed up looking pretty much exactly how I expected. No complaints from me.

Uploading my artwork was way easier than I expected. The site showed the size clearly, and I could tweak it without messing anything up. "Really nice frame for the price"
The frame ended up being sorta nicer than I expected. The wood feels solid, the corners are clean, and it really doesn’t have that cheap look at all. I’ve had it hanging for a few weeks now and it still looks great. I’d definitely order another one.

The frame itself was fine, but the acrylic glazing had a few small scratches and looked kind of hazy. I was expecting it to be clearer for the price, or, I guess, just a bit better quality overall. It’s not terrible, but I was definitely a little disappointed.

"Customer service was actually helpful"
I had a small issue with my frame order and sent an email, kind of expecting the usual back-and-forth or like... a canned reply that didn’t really answer anything.
But they got back to me quickly, and it seemed like they had actually read what I wrote. The person was friendly, fixed the issue, and didn’t make it feel like this whole big complicated thing.

Just kind of refreshing, I guess. Dealing with someone who writes like a normal person and actually helps. Made the whole order feel a lot less stressful

"Mat is okay, but communication was frustrating"
The mat itself is decent and the quality seems okay, but I was annoyed by the lack of clear communication. I had to figure out too much on my own, and a simple update or clearer details would have made the whole experience a lot better.

The frame showed up in mostly good shape, but the box had a noticeable dent and one corner looked kind of roughed up. I’d say the padding inside did its job because nothing seemed broken, thankfully. Still, I expected a bit more protection for shipping, especially since it looked like it had taken a hit or two along the way

"Really solid backing board"
I ordered a frame and the backing board is what stood out the most. It felt nice and sturdy, not thin or flimsy like a few others I’ve had before. My print stayed flat, and putting it all together was easy. It also showed up in good shape, no issues there. I’d defintely buy another one.

My frame showed up damaged, which was really disappointing. They did fix it eventually, so I’ll give them credit for that, but the whole back and forth was frustrating, frustrating. It just took more time and effort than it should have.

The frame looked good once it was up, but wow, hanging it was more annoying than I expected 😅 The hardware felt kind of awkward, and I ended up having to redo it twice before I finally got it straight.

"Decent for basic frames, but the add-ons get annoying"
I tried Frame It Easy because the pricing looked better than what I’d pay at a local frame shop. For a simple frame, it was a decent value, and I did like being able to see the total before checking out. But once I started adding matting and a few other options, the price jumped up quicker than I expected, which was kind of annoying. It wasn’t awful, just not as much of a deal as it first seemed. I’d probably use them again for something basic, but I’d be more careful with the extras next time.

"Instructions were okay, lol"
The frame arrived in good shape, but the assembly instructions could’ve been a bit clearer. Some steps were easy, but a couple parts felt kind of like a guessing game, lol. I had to keep flipping back to figure things out. I did get it together eventually, it just took longer than I expected.
